Cody Rhodes Statement Following WWE Raw Match
Cody Rhodes has made it clear that everyone needs to believe in him following his match on Monday Night Raw.
It’s been a bitter rivalry between ‘The American Nightmare’ Cody Rhodes and Shinsuke Nakamura over recent weeks. This all came to a head on the 8th January edition of Raw when the pair competed in a street fight.
It was Rhodes who managed to come out on top in the contest, and he has now made it clear that he has two clear goals in mind for the coming months, which would no doubt lead to him ending the story.

In a brief statement on social media, ‘The American Nightmare’ believes there are only two steps left in his plan, and that fans need to believe that it’s going to happen.

Although not specified, the steps are pretty clear – Rhodes plans on winning this year’s Royal Rumble, and then going on to WrestleMania to avenge his loss from last year and win the Undisputed WWE World Championship from Roman Reigns.
However, the curveball in all of this comes in the form of The Rock, who said last week that he would like to sit at ‘The Head Of The Table’, fuelling speculation that Rhodes won’t get to complete his story at WrestleMania and the family feud will headline instead.
Meanwhile, on the front of other gold, Seth Rollins will defend his World Heavyweight Title on the 15th January Raw.
