Cody Rhodes To Receive Special Entrance At WWE Bad Blood

Cody Rhodes American Nightmare

The popular WWE Champion Cody Rhodes will have a very unique entrance at the Bad Blood PLE.

For the past six months, Cody Rhodes has been the Undisputed WWE Champion who has put his title on the line against everybody who has stepped up to challenge him.

At WWE Bad Blood, Cody Rhodes will team up with Roman Reigns against Roman’s cousins Solo Sikoa & Jacob Fatu of The Bloodline. It’s a match that is expected to headline Bad Blood in Cody’s hometown of Atlanta.

Since Bad Blood is in Cody’s hometown, it makes a lot of sense to do something special for his entrance at the show.

The University of Arkansas Pine Bluff band recently paid tribute to Rhodes last month on August 29th when they played their version of Cody Rhodes’ “Kingdom” theme song. The performance took place during a game when the University of Arkansas Pine Bluff faced Arkansas.

After the performance was shared online, it became a viral moment that Rhodes commented on as well.

Cody Rhodes’s “Kingdom” Song To Be Performed By Arkansas Pine Bluff Band At WWE Bad Blood

It was announced by the University of Arkansas Pine Bluff’s band on social media that they will be performing Cody’s “Kingdom” song at Bad Blood.

Since WWE fans are very familiar with Cody’s theme song, the fans will likely provide the lyrics for the song during the band’s performance.

John Graham is the University of Pine Bluff’s director of bands and he spoke to ESPN about the “Kingdom” viral performance.

When our arranger put the song on paper for us, I looked at it [and] some of the students were shaking their heads thinking, ‘No, why are we playing this’ and then we started rehearsing it, the piece came alive. I said, ‘This is going to go. As soon as I dropped the hammer and we started playing, I looked over and saw fans reacting like, ‘They’re playing “Kingdom,’” Graham continued. “I saw them standing up with excitement and positive reactions, and I told myself, ‘We’re in here now.’ It was a beautiful moment.”

To build up the tag team match at Bad Blood, a unique segment was filmed between Cody Rhodes & Roman Reigns at Georgia Tech University, which received a lot of praise from WWE fans around the world.
