Cody Rhodes Agrees To Huge WWE SummerSlam Stipulation

Cody Rhodes WWE Champion

Cody Rhodes defends the Undisputed WWE Championship at SummerSlam and now he’s agreed to a huge stipulation for that match.

Cody Rhodes finished his story at WrestleMania 40, winning the Undisputed WWE Championship from Roman Reigns. Since then Reigns has not been seen and Solo Sikoa has assumed control of The Bloodline, reshaping the group with Jimmy Uso and Paul Heyman brutally expelled while Tama Tonga, Tonga Loa, and Jacob Fatu have been welcomed in.

Solo Sikoa pinned Cody Rhodes at Money In The Bank as The Bloodline won a huge six-man tag team match and at SummerSlam, Sikoa will look to repeat the trick to become Undisputed WWE Champion.

Cody Rhodes Agrees To Bloodline Rules

On SmackDown in Cleveland, Cody Rhodes and Solo Sikoa came face-to-face but it did not take long for The Bloodline to make its presence felt as Jacob Fatu, Tonga Loa, and Tama Tonga emerged through the crowd. As they stalked The American Nightmare, Solo Sikoa challenged Rhodes to make their title match ‘Bloodline Rules,’ a stipulation that Rhodes agreed to.

‘Bloodline Rules’ first emerged at WrestleMania 40 with Rhodes’ match with Reigns fought under that stipulation. Essentially, the stipulation means anything goes leaving The Bloodline to interfere on their Tribal Chief’s behalf. At WrestleMania, the stipulation saw Jimmy Uso, Jey Uso, Solo Sikoa, John Cena, Seth Rollins, The Rock, and most shockingly The Undertaker all interfere as the great and good of WWE sought to put an end to Roman Reigns’ reign of terror.
