Cody Rhodes Says Big Headed Star Will Be A Big Time Player In WWE

Cody Rhodes

Cody Rhodes might well be going to war with one WWE star at Survivor Series but he thinks they still have a huge future ahead of them in WWE.

Cody Rhodes will be part of a huge WarGames match at WWE Survivor Series where he is set to team with Sami Zayn, Jey Uso, and his old rival World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins.

The star-studded quartet will go to war with The Judgment Day’s Damian Priest, Finn Balor, Dominik Mysterio, as well as JD McDonagh although reports suggest a former WWE Champion could also be added to the bout.

Cody Rhodes Sees A Big Future In WWE For JD McDonagh

Speaking on Gabby AF, Cody Rhodes gave his thoughts on one of his upcoming opponents and credits JD McDonagh with a bright future in WWE – despite his ample head:

He’s been one of the most impressive callups I feel from NXT, and I really wasn’t expecting it. I didn’t have low expectations, I didn’t have high expectations. But that’s potentially a big-time player moving forward. Again, could care less about him personally. His head’s giant. I mentioned the Funko pop thing. No doubt, it’s far beyond the size of his body. But probably gonna be a big-time player for WWE at some point.

JD McDonagh joined the WWE main roster as part of the 2023 Draft where he was moved to the red brand.
