Cody Rhodes Urges Top AEW Star To Come Clean About Missing Memorabilia

Cody Rhodes WWE

Cody Rhodes thinks somebody in AEW has a special piece of memorabilia that his father used to wear on television.

The former WWE Champion Cody Rhodes is proud to be the son of WWE Hall of Famer Dusty Rhodes. Throughout his career, he pays tribute to the “American Dream” and even has the word “Dream” on the left side of his chest.

For his nickname, Cody also uses the “American Nightmare” moniker and has the logo tattooed on the right side of his neck.

On a new episode of his podcast, “What Do You Wanna Talk About?” with Cody Rhodes, produced by WWE, Rhodes is joined by his wife Brandi Rhodes for an interview. During their discussion, Cody mentioned that Brandi was wearing a red leather jacket, and he remarked that it was similar to something his father, Dusty Rhodes, wore in WCW during his days as an announcer.

“My dad used to wear this red leather coat that had faux gator or maybe real gator on the shoulders. This jacket’s missing. And a lot of his items are missing. He’s sold a lot of things off. We’ve talked about that. Pawned a lot of things. But this one, I think someone in the family has.

And if you are that person, maybe…maybe Dustin, if you are that person, then I think you need to come clean, and we need to find out. Because I’ve been looking for this jacket.”

The “Dustin” that Cody referred to is his older brother, Dustin Rhodes, who has worked for AEW since its launch in 2019 and is still competing at a high level in his early 50s. Like Cody, Dustin is also a future WWE Hall of Famer.

Cody Rhodes In Tag Team Action At WWE Money In The Bank
