CM Punk Teases WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event Role

CM Punk

CM Punk isn’t scheduled for WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event, but he made some interesting comments that suggest he will be there.

There will be five matches at the WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event special from Long Island on December 14th.

The three men’s matches will see Cody Rhodes defend the Undisputed WWE Championship against Kevin Owens, GUNTHER will put the World Heavyweight Title on the line versus Finn Balor & Damian Priest, and Sami Zayn will try to get revenge against Drew McIntyre.

In the women’s division, Chelsea Green and Michin will compete to see who the first WWE Women’s US Champion will be while Liv Morgan defends the Women’s World Title against IYO SKY.

Since the WWE roster is so deep, they can’t put all of the big stars on the show. However, some of them like CM Punk will probably be there.

While doing commentary at the CFFC MMA show in Atlantic City, CM Punk revealed that he might be doing commentary at Saturday Night’s Main Event with Jesse Ventura as well.

“I got to get this out of my system. I might be doing commentary with Jesse the Body Ventura tomorrow night at Saturday night’s main event. I got to relax. Get us thrown on Peacock, brother.”

Since Atlantic City, New Jersey is only a few hours away from Long Island, New York, it wouldn’t be a long commute for Punk to make it to Saturday Night’s Main Event.

The controversial WWE Hall of Famer Jesse “The Body” Ventura will be making his triumphant return to the company at Saturday Night’s Main Event. It’s not known how many matches Ventura will call on the show, but he is going to be doing commentary.

CM Punk Likely Set For Huge Match On WWE Raw Netflix Premiere

After Saturday Night’s Main Event, the next huge event for WWE is the Netflix premiere episode on January 6th in Los Angeles. CM Punk is rumored to be in a huge match against Seth Rollins at that event since Rollins has wanted to fight Punk for over a year since Punk returned to the company.

Another big WWE name who could be part of Saturday Night’s Main Event is Charlotte Flair, who has missed a year of in-ring action due to major knee surgery.
