CM Punk Reveals His WWE Retirement Plans After John Cena’s Farewell
CM Punk is 47 years old, and John Cena is 48 years old.
Punk is only a year younger than Cena. So, naturally, fans have been wondering if he’ll follow suit and retire soon now that The Never Seen 17 has hung up his wrestling boots for good.
Speaking on the Saturday Night’s Main Event post-show panel,The Best In The World shared his retirement plans. He made it very clear that he is not planning to retire from WWE anytime soon.
When I make allusions to the end of whatever my career is going to look like it’s not because I feel like I’m there, it’s because I look back at the entirety of my career and there is a lot more road behind me than there is in front of me.
Trust me, I am the champion for a reason and I’m here to stay and nobody’s going to change that. I’m not going anywhere anytime soon.
