CM Punk Suffers WWE Elimination Chamber Mishap

CM Punk

It was a tough night for CM Punk at Elimination Chamber and now footage has emerged of him suffering technical difficulties at the event.

John Cena defeated CM Punk to win the Elimination Chamber and earn his shot at the WWE Championship at WrestleMania 41. Punk and Cena were the last two men standing after Punk eliminated Seth Rollins but Rollins hung around long enough to cost his hated rival a WrestleMania main event.

Before Rollins left the Chamber, he took advantage of a prone Punk and hit a Stomp onto the Chamber floor. Cena gave a glimpse of what was to come as he immediately took advantage of the unfair situation and locked Punk into the STF putting him to sleep to claim the win.

But before CM Punk’s pod even opened, he was having some trouble.

CM Punk Faced With Falling Light

A fan has posted footage of CM Punk struggling in his pod as the light kept falling on him and he kept having to replace it as he pulled double duty as both an electrician and a wrestler.

While Cena’s WrestleMania future is now certain, it remains unknown what Punk and Seth Rollins will be doing in Las Vegas. All signs now point to them renewing their rivalry but suggestions have been made that any match between them might also include Roman Reigns.
