CM Punk Gets Tag Team Partner For Huge WWE Match

CM Punk is going to be forced to work well with others as he looks for a chance at revenge against his former best friend, Paul Heyman.

At WrestleMania 41, Paul Heyman screwed CM Punk and Roman Reigns, allowing Seth Rollins to win their huge night one triple threat main event. Since then, Heyman and Rollins have been aligned, adding to their power when Bron Breakker was revealed as their third man.

Sami Zayn fell foul of the group when he refused Seth Rollins’ offer to move to SmackDown to avoid their ascent to power. Zayn had to face Bron Breakker as a result, with the former Intercontinental Champion demolishing Zayn. However, there were people looking out for Zayn as both CM Punk and Jey Uso chased off Rollins and Breakker.

CM Punk kicked off the May 12 edition of Raw but was quickly interrupted by Heyman, Rollins, and Breakker. A brawl soon broke out before Zayn and Uso came to Punk’s aid.

CM Punk & Sami Zayn To Team Up

Later in the night, it was confirmed that at Saturday Night’s Main Event on May 24, Punk would team with Sami Zayn to take on Seth Rollins and Bron Breakker in a tag team match.

That is the second match confirmed for SNME as Jey Uso will also defend his World Heavyweight Championship against Logan Paul.
