CM Punk Still Works With Children In WWE
The more things change, the more things stay the same for CM Punk as he recalls an infamous line from his time in AEW on WWE Raw.
CM Punk was fired by AEW in 2023 following a backstage altercation with Jack Perry at All In. This was far from Punk’s first issue in the company as he also had a backstage fight with The Elite in 2022 that led to the suspension of many AEW stars with Punk also being stripped of the AEW World Championship.
That fight came after CM Punk laid bare his frustrations in the company at the post-All Out press conference. Punk infamously noted then “I’m hurt, I’m old, I’m f*cking tired and I work with f*cking children.” And it seems that hasn’t changed despite him being back in WWE.
CM Punk Lashes Out At Seth Rollins & Roman Reigns
CM Punk is heading to WrestleMania as part of a huge triple threat match but as he noted on Raw in Glasgow, that’s not the Mania match he had in mind. Punk noted he wanted to be part of a title match by winning the Royal Rumble or the Elimination Chamber but thanks to Seth Rollins and Roman Reigns neither of those happened.
With neither Rollins nor Reigns at the show, Punk noted “The more things change, the more they stay the same. I work with children.”

Unfortunately, it seems for CM Punk that no matter where he works he can’t find people who are to his taste.
