CM Punk Teases Special Announcement On NXT

CM Punk is heading to NXT earlier than planned as WWE tease a big announcement from the star.

A WWE show in Chicago would not be complete without CM Punk so it was already known that he was set to be in attendance when NXT made its debut on the CW Network in Punk’s hometown.

However, NXT General Manager Ava was seen in her office taking a phone call on the 10th of September edition of NXT and revealed she was talking to CM Punk about his plans. Punk told her that he was set to be on the 17th of September edition of NXT where he will make a special announcement related to the CW premiere on October 1st.

CM Punk Heading To Hell

While CM Punk can’t keep away from NXT, he has more pressing matters to worry about on the WWE main roster. Punk was decimated by Drew McIntyre after beating the Scottish star in a strap match at Bash In Berlin as the issues between the two men were far from over.

Raw General Manager Adam Pearce confirmed to Drew McIntyre that he will face CM Punk at Bad Blood in a Hell In A Cell match on October 5th.
