CM Punk Reveals True Feelings About Seth Rollins Outside WWE

Seth Rollins expressed his displeasure with CM Punk’s return, the very second he set foot in the arena at Elimination Chamber 2023.

The rivalry has brewed through time, and in 2025, major things have happened for Rollins and Punk.

At SummerSlam 2025, The Visionary pulled off the ‘Ruse of the Century‘ and dethroned CM Punk as the new World Heavyweight Champion within minutes of Punk winning it from Gunther.

Ahead of Wrestlepalooza, Punk joined Peter Rosenburg & Big E in Indianapolis for an interview. In that, he was asked about whether Seth Rollins is finally entering the list of CM Punk’s all-time rivals.

The Best in the World revealed that one needs to have a thick skin in the business. However, he needs to be around him owing to the storyline. However, Punk does not care what Rollins does off-camera.

Everybody talks trash about everybody else. You got to have thick skin. And my thing is I don’t want to be like involved. I don’t want to be in the orbit of garbage people. And unfortunately, I’m in the orbit of garbage people. It happens.

Um, I don’t know. I’ve had some pretty big rivals in my time. Um, This is just one that feels different to me. I don’t know how big or small it is. It feels like it is never going to end.

I don’t care what he does when the camera’s off. I just. It’s a rivalry. I’ll put it that way.
