Chris Jericho Responds To Criticism Of AEW Rampage Commentary – “Suck It”
Chris Jericho has offered a humorous riposte to online criticism of his commentary efforts from AEW Rampage on Friday night in Pittsburgh.
The inaugural AEW World Champion was part of a four-man booth that also included AEW Dynamite commentator Excalibur, AEW Dark commentator Taz and the debuting Mark Henry.
Henry, in particular, had a busy night, splitting his time between the announce booth and conducting backstage interviews with the likes of Christian Cage and Britt Baker.
Jericho, however, picked up on some less-than-complimentary fan feedback on Twitter, which he in turn quote-tweeted with a tongue-in-cheek response:
Suck it. (Said in a whisper) https://t.co/sHmgdzvoax

Jericho will be back behind the announce desk next Friday for AEW Rampage: The Last Dance, which will emanate from the sold-out United Center in Chicago, Illinois.
Though only Rampage’s second outing, there is considerable hype going into the show around the potential debut of CM Punk – although Punk himself claims to be busy that night.
Prior to this though, ‘Le Champion’ will be taking on his final ‘Labour of Jericho’ on Wednesday’s Dynamite broadcast, where he’ll be facing his heated rival, MJF.

Jericho has already seen off Shawn Spears, Nick Gage (in a match that nearly cost AEW an advertising deal), Juventud Guerrera and most recently, Wardlow, en route to this climactic encounter with the Pinnacle frontman.
