Chris Jericho has accomplished a lot in his incredible career and now he can add “causing people to throw up during a movie” to the list…of Jericho.
The current Ring of Honor World Champion Chris Jericho is featured in a slasher film called “Terrifier 2” that was released earlier in October. There is a lot of gore in the movie.
This is the synopsis of the film from the official website of Terrifier 2:
“After being resurrected by a sinister entity, Art the Clown returns to Miles County where he targets a teenage girl and her younger brother on Halloween night.”
While moviegoers will always love a good horror flick, there have been fans on social media that have said that the movie caused them to throw up and even faint.
A Twitter user wrote the following about his experience at the film.
“Just saw Terrifier 2. It was an amazing gory mess. The guy behind me passed out cold n crashed into my chair, another guy left because he didn’t feel good, I overheard him say and walking out theatre door I heard a guy puking hard & loud in the bathroom.”
This tweet shows the ambulance being called for somebody that passed out during the film.

The film’s director Damien Leone spoke to Entertainment Weekly about Chris Jericho being in the film.
“He turned out to be a huge fan. Friends of mine, who are wrestling fanatics, they would call me up and say, ‘Dude, I was just listening to Talk Is Jericho, his podcast, and he’s talking about Art the Clown and Terrifier.’ He reached out to David Howard Thornton and had him on his podcast, and then he got in touch with me, and he said, ‘Hey man, if I could ever be involved in Part 2 somehow, I’d love to.'”
Chris Jericho will be in action on AEW Dynamite this coming Wednesday, October 19th when he defends the ROH World Title against Dalton Castle. That match was set up on the October 14th episode of Rampage.
