Chelsea Green Suffers Shocking Humiliation On WWE SmackDown
Chelsea Green was humiliated on WWE SmackDown during a match with Charlotte Flair.
It was a busy week for Chelsea Green after she appeared on WWE NXT this past Tuesday to support her fellow Canadian, Ethan Page. The segment also involved Tavion Heights, who refused to hit Green, but told Green that he’d find a woman who would hit her. It likely will lead to a mixed tag team match.
On WWE SmackDown in Montreal, the Canadian-born Green was in her home country as she interrupted Charlotte Flair during her gift-giving segment for Alexa Bliss, who was celebrating a birthday. After Green interrupted the celebration, Flair challenged Green to a match.
During the SmackDown match, Green was competitive with Flair. Green instructed her Secret Hervice allies Alba Fyre and Piper Niven to bring the birthday cake into the ring. That backfired on Green because when she went for her Unpretty-Her on Flair, it was reversed and Flair hit the Unpretty-Her on Green (into the cake) instead. Flair followed up with the Figure Eight submission and Green tapped out to lose the match.
That meant that not only did Green lose, but she was left a mess with cake all over her. It was a rough night for the former Women’s US Champion, Green.

Chelsea Green Insisted On Using Finishing Move To Win Women’s US Title
When Chelsea Green became the first-ever WWE Women’s US Champion at Saturday Night’s Main Event in December 2024, she beat Michin with her Unpretty-Her finishing move.
In the WWE Unreal documentary on Netflix, Green spoke about how she’s willing to do anything to entertain in WWE, but for that match, she wanted to win with her finishing move.
“I’m not one to argue about finishes or what creative wants for me—I just do it. But every now and then there’s a moment I need to fight for, and the leg drop… that was never gonna happen. I’m not gonna lie, I feel some sort of way about it not being my finish. It feels so weird it not being my move. Because I never win.
So to then have this moment that’s gonna go down in history—what? How could I use someone else’s move, not mine? I was always going to use the Unpretty-Her. To think I’d use anything other than my finisher? No way.”
Green held the Women’s US Title for 131 days, until she lost it to Zelina Vega.
