Chelsea Green Breaks Silence After WWE Title Win On SmackDown

Chelsea Green has become the new WWE Women’s United States Champion on the latest episode of SmackDown.

The Hot Mess faced former Women’s United States Champion Giulia on the blue show. The match ended within a minute after Green pulled off a heel move and pinned the Beautiful Madness.

Chelsea Green has a message after her big win

After her victory, the new Women’s United States Champion celebrated with her Mixed AAA Tag Team Champion, Ethan Page.

While walking backstage, she dropped a message for the WWE Universe claiming that they did what they said they were going to do.

We did what we said we were gonna do. Like we always do. Double champ. Mixed AAA Tag Team Champions and your first and fourth ever longest reigning, most dangerous United States Women’s Champion. Adios!

Picking Chelsea Green to represent the title once again can stem from the fact that she has been the most prominent mid-card title holder on the blue show ever since the Women’s United States Championship was introduced.

Giulia has had a successful run as the NXT Champion, but she couldn’t replicate that with the United States Championship. WWE may be looking into changing her character for SmackDown following her being dethroned.
