Champion Vs Champion Match Added To AEW Collision

Kazuchika Okada AEW

AEW is returning to Daily’s Place for Collision Homecoming.

In a post on social media, Tony Khan announced that Kazuchika Okada and Komander will square off for the first time on Collision. Okada is the current Continental Champion, and Komander holds the ROH Television Championship.

The match will be Okada’s first at AEW’s spiritual home in Jacksonville, Florida. It should be noted that neither man’s title will be on the line.

Khan had also announced a four-way match between Yuka Sakazaki, Queen Aminate, Serena Deeb, and Deonna Purrazzo. The winner will earn a shot at Mercedes Mone and the TBS Championship.

The announcement came shortly after it was reported that Deonna Purrazzo was growing frustrated with her role in AEW and had been “very vocal to management” about her situation.
