Breaking: Current Champion Arrested On WWE SmackDown

Police arrests WWE SmackDown star

The police have arrested a current WWE SmackDown champion.

This week’s episode of SmackDown kicked off with a car crash scene involving Solo Sikoa’s MFT faction. While WWE’s medical staff attended to Tanga Loa’s injury, the other group members spoke with the police.

In another backstage segment, police officers asked Adam Pearce to lead them to Jacob Fatu, who they considered a person of interest. The Samoan Werewolf was then taken for questioning.

Sikoa and his associates then headed to the ring, where the United States Champion cut a promo in which he described his cousin as a “criminal.”

During Solo Sikoa’s promo, Jacob Fatu returned to the arena in a police car while Jimmy Uso waited for him backstage. A police officer then informed The Samoan Werewolf that he was cleared after the car crash footage was reviewed.

The 33-year-old then headed straight to the ring to engage in a brawl with Sikoa and his MFTs. Jimmy Uso also joined The Samoan Werewolf in the fight, which saw the United States Champion retreat.

Adam Pearce then came out to address Sikoa’s actions, telling him that since he wanted to frame Fatu and lock him up, the two would now go head-to-head inside a Steel Cage at WWE SummerSlam.

The RAW General Manager then gave the police the green light to come out and arrest Sikoa.
