Despite being charged with aggravated assault, there is reportedly no restriction on Cash Wheeler traveling to the UK for AEW All In.

It was reported on August 18th that Cash Wheeler (real name Daniel Wheeler) had been arrested on charges of aggravated assault with a firearm. The alleged incident took place on July 27th, and according to court documents, he entered a plea of not guilty on August 3rd. People close to the star were said to be unaware of the incident until news broke publicly.

Haus of Wrestling provided a transcription of a portion of his arraignment on August 18th, revealing that the alleged appears to be a road rage incident. A state lawyer was quoted as saying:

“Mr. Wheeler appears to have no other criminal history. It does appear to be a road rage-type incident; he allegedly flashed a handgun at the alleged victim. But given that he has no prior history and does not know the victim, the conditions that the defense has laid out, it doesn’t object to.”

The judge agreed to release Wheeler on a $2500 bond and ordered him to have no contact with the alleged victims in the case. Wheeler was also ordered not to have any weapons on his person.

Will Cash Wheeler Be At AEW All In?

News of Cash Wheeler’s arrest comes just over a week away from All Elite Wrestling making its UK debut when the company presents All In on August 27th. Wheeler is currently one half of the AEW World Tag Team Champions alongside FTR partner Dax Harwood, and the two are scheduled to defend their championship against The Young Bucks inside Wembley Stadium.

Understandably, fans have begun to question whether this match will still take place after the events of today. As reported by PWInsider, court documents from Wheeler’s arraignment indicate that he is not being asked to surrender his passport by the court. In addition, the court has not imposed any restrictions on him traveling internationally, and because he has not been convicted of a crime, he should have no problem traveling to the UK if All Elite Wrestling decides to go ahead with the match.

It remains to be seen whether AEW will continue with the tag team match as planned, and TJR Wrestling will continue to report as more information becomes available.
