Carlito Blasts WWE For Disrespecting Fans With His Exit
Carlito has given his thoughts on his sudden exit from WWE and wishes the company wouldn’t disrespect fans by dropping storylines out of the blue.
The wrestling world was stunned when it emerged WWE was not renewing R-Truth’s contract, and his time in the company was coming to an end. The shocks kept on coming when Carlito also revealed that he was on his way out of WWE with his contract coming to an end in a matter of a couple of weeks.
WWE made a huge u-turn on R-Truth’s future as he was brought back into the fold, but Carlito had no such luck and his contract with the company has now expired.
Carlito Not Shocked By WWE Release
Speaking on Busted Open Radio, Carlito has spoken publicly for the first time since his release and says he wishes WWE had let him finish up his current run on-screen:
I wasn’t too surprised or too shocked [to be released]. I signed for 2 years, and it went better than I thought it would go. The only thing is, I’m a professional; they could have told me, and at least let me finish out the story for the Judgment Day so they can keep on going. It’s a disrespect to the fans that they just drop storylines.
