The multi-time world champion has been officially announced to challenge for the Crown Jewel Championship at House of Glory’s High Intensity event in New York City.
This latest championship pursuit marks a significant move, as he sets his sights beyond WWE’s reach and into the heart of New York’s thriving independent wrestling scene. Scheduled for Friday, August 1, this title showdown promises to bring real stakes and explosive drama to House of Glory’s marquee summer event.

After The Hardys won their fourth TNA Tag Team Championship at TNA Slammiversary event, he made an appearance and congratulated Matt and Jeff Hardy on their amazing win. He praised the new champs before challenging them for one final match at Bound For Glory. He also hinted that this will be D-Von Dudley’s last official match as he’s set to retire in October.
