Bubba Ray Dudley Makes Shock Save At WWE Halloween Havoc
Bubba Ray Dudley took matters into his own hands as one WWE star found himself on the end of a surprise attack at NXT Halloween Havoc.
Trick Williams faced an uphill battle to hang on to his NXT Championship as he clashed with Ethan Page at Halloween Havoc in a Devil’s Playground match.
Williams defeated Page to hang on to his gold but the night was far from done. Fresh off his success in an ambulance match against Andre Chase, Ridge Holland laid out Williams with Ethan Page joining Holland in a double team on the NXT Champion.
However, help was on hand in the unlikely form of WWE Hall of Famer Bubba Ray Dudley who attacked both Holland and Page to let the champion stand tall.

Bubba Ray Dudley Confronted By WWE Star
During the night Dudley had been providing analysis on the show and had been confronted by Ridge Holland after naming Andre Chase as his pick for the ambulance match. Holland confronted Dudley again during the show and was warned off doing it for a third time.

Bubba Ray Dudley’s involvement could become greater as NXT prepares to take place from the old ECW Arena on November 6th. The arena was home to many of Dudley’s greatest moments during his time in ECW and he could well be part of that show. One ECW icon has already been announced for the special edition of NXT as WWE’s third brand looks to get extreme.
