Bryan Danielson Wears Serious Protection For AEW Return
Bryan Danielson was back in action on AEW Collision for the first time in several weeks after suffering a broken orbital bone.
Bryan Danielson suffered a broken orbital bone back in October when he faced Andrade El Idolo on Collision. Despite that, Danielson got in the ring the following week in a tag team match that saw him team with Claudio Castagnoli to defeat Orange Cassidy and Kazuchika Okada.
The story told in that match was that Danielson suffered the injury and then played into the broken arm he also suffered at the hands of Okada at Forbidden Door. Despite his serious facial fracture, Bryan Danielson issued a huge challenge to Kazuchika Okada for Wrestle Kingdom but Danielson was intent on getting back in the ring long before then.
Bryan Danielson Competes In AEW Continental Classic
The American Dragon was announced as one of the twelve competitors in the AEW Continental Classic and he kicked off his campaign against Eddie Kingston on Collision. To compensate for his injury, Danielson was forced to wear a patch over his eye and much of the left-hand side of his face.
