Bryan Danielson Reveals Shocking Update On Brie Bella’s WWE Return
The buzz surrounding Brie Bella’s WWE return has existed since Nikki Bella returned earlier this year.
Bryan Danielson has now provided an update on his wife’s potential in-ring return. Brie, meanwhile, has often teased stepping into the squared circle once again, even claiming that she had one final run in her.
However, things have not materialized so far as she awaits a phone call from the Stamford promotion.
Brie Bella is a former one-time WWE Divas Champion, which she won by defeating Eve Torres in April 2011.
She is also renowned for her appearance on Total Divas, WWE’s reality TV show that ran from 2013 to 2019. She and her twin, Nikki, were added to the 2021 Hall of Fame class.
Brie has been married to Bryan Danielson since 2014 and has two children.
Bryan Danielson Speaks About Brie Bella’s Potential WWE Return
Bryan Danielson recently appeared in Chris Van Vliet’s Insight podcast, where he discussed a host of subjects, including Brie Bella’s potential return as an in-ring performer.
Yeah, only in certain contexts. She doesn’t want to come back and do a singles run or anything like that. If she comes back, she would want to do it with Nicole.
But I think there’s something in her too, and I can appreciate this, because our kids see her as just a mom, just a mom, as if that isn’t the hardest job in the world. Part of her, I think, has a desire to have the kids see her in that light too. [H/T: Fightful]
Meanwhile, Nikki Bella recently competed for the Women’s World Championship, challenging Stephanie Vaquer at Survivor Series: WarGames.
While she did not win the title, she is hopeful of a turnaround. Possibly, Brie Bella’s return might make WWE consider them as a viable team to challenge for the tag team titles.
Elsewhere, Bryan Danielson confirmed that he had effectively retired from wrestling.
