Bryan Danielson Ponders Nuclear Explosions On The Sun
Bryan Danielson has nothing but time on his hands after losing the AEW World Title and he’s using that time to ponder what would happen if the sun got nuked.
The full-time career of Bryan Danielson came to an end at WrestleDream when Jon Moxley defeated his former partner in the Blackpool Combat Club for the AEW World Championship.
Bryan Danielson recently gave a worrying health update on the state of his neck as he looks to find a way to heal his body after decades of ill-treatment in the ring.
But while he’s not wrestling, the American Dragon is pondering bigger questions about the meaning of life, the universe, and everything.
Bryan Danielson Ponders Nuclear Physics
Speaking on the Nikki & Brie Show, Bryan Danielson questioned claims that the Earth could be wiped out by nuclear weapons and suggested that absolutely nothing would happen if the sun was nuked:
I was on a walk with the dogs. I was re-reading a book, Yuval Harari had said something like, ‘We have enough nuclear weapons to blow up the earth 32 times.’ In my head, I was like, ‘I don’t think that’s true. What are they even calculating here? I don’t think we can blow up the Earth.’
My first thought was, ‘I wonder what would happen if we tried to nuke the sun. Probably nothing, right? It’s gotta be just a giant nuclear reaction. That process spiralled into, ‘There is no way we can blow up the Earth. In fact, I don’t think we can blow up the moon.’
It wasn’t Elon Musk who said this, but he’s this eccentric billionaire who is really smart who takes on these massive challenges. Not only could we now blow up the Earth, we could kill all the people on planet Earth with all the nuclear weapons we have. I think that’s what Yuval Harari was saying. He said we could blow up the Earth, but I think what he’s meaning is, there are eight billion people on Earth, we could kill 30 times that.
Let’s hope Danielson’s prediction remains a theoretical one for many years to come.
