Bron Breakker Wants WrestleMania Match With WWE SmackDown Star
Bron Breakker believes that a match with a rising star on WWE SmackDown would be a major attraction at WrestleMania 41.
The Men’s Royal Rumble match featured a memorable moment involving Bron Breakker, the Intercontinental Champion. It happened after Bron and IShowSpeed eliminated Otis. Moments later, Speed did a backflip, so Bron ran the ropes and hit a devastating Spear to put Speed down. Bron tossed Speed from the match shortly after that.
There was also a point in the Rumble when Breakker had a staredown with Jacob Fatu, who is on SmackDown while Breakker is on Raw. The two men have had a staredown on Raw in the past as well.
What was evident during the Breakker/Fatu face off at the Royal Rumble was that the fans reacted to it and it was a match they wanted to see. Breakker has been a dominant force since joining the main roster in 2024 while the same can be said about Fatu, who debuted on SmackDown.
Bron Breakker Sees Jacob Fatu As A WrestleMania Opponent
While speaking to MuscleManMalcolm, the Intercontinental Champion Bron Breakker talked about how he thinks Jacob Fatu sounds like somebody who could be a future WrestleMania opponent.
“I think Jacob Fatu and I, that’s a match for WrestleMania. I think everyone will agree with that. I hope we get to do it someday.”
During his second reign as the Intercontinental Champion, Bron Breakker has taken on all comers including Sheamus, Ludwig Kaiser, and others.
It’s not known yet what Breakker might be doing at WrestleMania because sometimes champions aren’t even on the card. However, a rising star and future main eventer like Breakker may be considered a priority by WWE management.
Bron Breakker also recently spoke about how thankful he is for Sami Zayn, who is a WWE veteran whom Breakker has learned a lot from.
