Braun Strowman Faces Social Media Backlash Following Controversial Tweet

Braun Strowman

Braun Strowman is facing social media backlash after making a comment which discredits “flippy” wrestlers.

Braun Strowman posted on Twitter:

“Holy hell @TheGiantOmos can you believe we got 47 and reminded the people that no one cares about all these floppy floppers. Giants and Monster > flippy flipper bag your grocery’s at @kroger #AirportTest #SizeIsThePrize #SwoleIsTheGoal”

The WWE Universe immediately responded to Braun Strowman:

“People do what works for them. Not everyone is born your size so a smaller wrestler will do what gets them over. Not all flippy wrestling is good or bad but if it works for someone it works, just like how what you do works for YOU. How is this so hard to understand?

Multiple different types of wrestling talents and styles can coexist in the same space and get over. Your match with Omos was a cool special attraction but guess what, a card full of that and you’re no longer a SPECIAL ATTRACTION. Your take on this is devoid of nuance Mr. Braun.”

The tweet also got a response from Mustafa Ali, who is well known for his high-flying acrobatics.

Ali said:

“Can you teach me how to get fired?”

This caused an exchange between the two and the comments were more than salty on both sides.
