Brand New WWE Fan Feature Debuts On Raw
WWE had something special up their sleeves for fans at Raw as the company debuted a whole new way to be part of the show.
The 2nd of December edition of Raw saw CM Punk look to move on from his brief alliance with The OG Bloodline at Survivor Series and plot his own path to WrestleMania 41. However, Seth Rollins had something to say about that. Seth Rollins and CM Punk ended up in a brawl that was soon split up by Jey Uso and Sami Zayn as tension spilt over.
That led to a main event match between Sami Zayn and Seth Rollins which Rollins was able to win. After the bout, Drew McIntyre made his shock return to WWE TV as he laid out Zayn with a Claymore Kick.
WWE Fans Part Of Raw Light Show
But Raw in Everett also saw WWE debut an innovative new feature for fans in attendance. An email was sent out to ticketholders before the show informing them of a new way to get involved in the action as the company planned a light show:
This Monday during RAW, you will have the unique opportunity to participate in the WWE Light Show! We need YOU to help light up our Superstars’ entrances and so much more! All you need to participate is your smartphone and the @The WWE Lightshow app.
STEP 1: Download the @The WWE Lightshow app from your Apple or Google Play Store prior to arrival and accept permissions
STEP 2: Listen for announcements throughout the night from Ring Announcer, Lilian Garcia, on when to have your phone and app at the ready
STEP 3: Make sure the app is open, hold your phone high, and we’ll take care of the rest!
It remains to be seen if this feature will be available at every televised WWE show moving forward.
