Booker T Hails Two WWE Stars As “The Future Of The Business”

Booker T has high hopes for two WWE stars.

SummerSlam was a huge night for WWE with several stars hitting new heights. While Nia Jax capped off an impressive run since returning to the company with the Women’s Title, Bron Breakker became Intercontinental Champion and Gunther won the World Heavyweight Title.

The win for Breakker represented his first taste of championship gold on the main roster, while Gunther’s victory cemented his status as one of WWE’s new top stars.

Speaking on his Hall of Fame podcast, NXT commentator Booker T tipped Breakker and Gunther to lead WWE into a bright new future.

“I feel like both of those guys, they’re the future of the business, they’re the guys that’s going to take us into this next wave and really, really put WWE in that position to where so many young people are going to want to be a part of this millennial thing going on right now.

So many guys and girls that’s trying to get into this business right now … I’m loving where the business is going right now, Bron and GUNTHER is at the forefront.”

Booker T Giving Back To WWE’s Next Generation

It was recently reported that WWE will be sending several NXT Level Up talents to Booker T’s Reality of Wrestling promotion.

The agreement shouldn’t come as much of a surprise given Booker T has been a WWE staple for years while providing rising NXT stars spots at his events in the past. The veteran also trained current NXT Women’s Champion Roxanne Perez.
