Booker T Names His “Fave Five” In NXT

Booker T has made a return to the commentary table at WWE NXT and the two-time WWE Hall of Fame inductee has brought back his “Fave Five” segment, where Booker names his favorite top five wrestlers and he recently tweeted out his selections.

Booker T tweeted:

“Fave 5IVE. Carmelo Hayes. JD McDonagh. Bron Breakker. Pretty Deadly/ Elton Prince & Kit Wilson. Cora Jade. Don’t forget to check out NXT This Tuesday.”

It was not a surprise that Hayes made the top of the list, with the former Heavyweight Champion previously saying that Hayes “checks every box.”

Booker T has been welcomed back with open arms by fans, who are happy to see him back in the commentary seat – Booker recently revealing that he had been working with The Heartbreak Kid Shawn Michaels, who had been giving the legendary wrestler pointers and encouraging Booker as he gets back in the groove of things.

Booker replaced Wade Barrett on NXT after he moved to WWE SmackDown with Michael Cole, but the run may only be a short one due to the return of Pat McAfee, who is expected to be back at SmackDown once the football season is done. It is still unknown whether there will be a three-man commentary table on SmackDown or if Barrett will return to NXT.
