Bobby Lashley WWE Situation “Part Of The Process”
Triple H is giving little away when it comes to Bobby Lashley.
On July 21st it was reported that Bobby Lashley and MVP were on their way out of WWE after being removed from the active roster. This was followed by suggestions that the company is working under the impression that both men will look to join up with Shelton Benjamin in AEW.
Interestingly, it’s been reported that WWE did offer Bobby Lashley a new contract but he turned it down. It’s believed the former World Champion is “strongly considering” testing his value in free agency where there’s expected to be a great deal of interest.
With regard to MVP, his current deal expires in mid-August, and there are no plans for him to return to television.
Triple H Questioned On Bobby Lashley
During a new interview with the Daily Mail, Triple H was asked about Bobby Lashley and MVP, and whether he had any updates.
“No. Just like any sport, any business, we sign talent, talent contract runs out, we release talent. It’s just part of the process, so it’s an ongoing thing,”
The comments came while Triple H and Nick Khan were in London to meet with Sadiq Khan to discuss holding WrestleMania in the city.
