Blake Monroe Makes Major WWE Career Announcement

Blake Monroe has revealed a major career milestone after her devastating betrayal at Evolution.

Blake Monroe has had her issues with Fatal Influence as soon as she signed her WWE contract, with the group attacking her in the ring before the ink was dry.

That led to Monroe finding an unlikely ally in former TNA Knockouts Champion Jordynne Grace. Grace and Monroe teamed together at NXT Great American Bash to defeat Jacy Jayne and Fallon Henley. One night later, Monroe was in Grace’s corner as she challenged Jacy Jayne for the NXT Women’s Title at Evolution.

Fatal Influence tried to decide the outcome of the bout when they introduced the title belt itself into play. Blake Monroe took out Fallon Henley and Jazmyn Nyx, but then, to the surprise of everyone, she nailed Grace in the back with the title, allowing Jayne to win the match and retain her gold.

Blake Monroe Set For WWE TV Singles Debut

On the July 15th edition of NXT, a livid Jordynne Grace took her frustrations out on Kali Armstrong and Karmen Petrovic. Grace demanded Monroe come to the ring, but instead, a video played where Blake Monroe invited Grace to be in the front row on the following week’s show, where she competed in her first singles match on WWE TV. Monroe will take on Wren Sinclair in that bout.
