Bizarre Reason Ex-WWE Star Would Join AEW

Money, fame, incredible matches, a united locker room, a caring boss, they might be great, but not why an ex-WWE star would want to join AEW.

WWE has been in cutting mode in recent months as the roster has taken several hits. One round of cuts saw several main roster and NXT stars let go, including the likes of Shayna Baszler, Braun Strowman, and Shotzi.

But it seems one of those released stars would be delighted to go to All Elite Wrestling and has joked about the real reason why.

AEW’s Hot Girls Making Out A Real Pull For Ex-WWE Star

Speaking on The Ariel Helwani Show, Shotzi was asked now that she’s a free agent if she had a preference between signing with TNA or AEW, and she picked Tony Khan’s company:

AEW, for so many reasons. I love their freedom. I have a lot of friends there who are doing really awesome things. I’ve heard many stories of how Tony [Khan] treats talent. So yeah, I do love that he really cares for his talent. That is super important to me. And hot girls get to make out with each other, so like that’s cool.

Timeless Toni Storm recently locked lips with Mina Shirakawa and the AEW Women’s World Champion has teased doing the same with her All In Texas challenger, Mercedes Mone.
