Biggest Ever TLC Match Added To WWE SummerSlam
WWE is set to make history at SummerSlam as the biggest-ever TLC match has been announced for the event.
In the week where two teams who defined TLC have reignited their rivalry for one last match together, tables, ladders, and chairs are making their return to WWE in the biggest way ever.
The SmackDown tag team scene has been chaotic over the past few months, with several teams trying to become the top dogs. The Wyatt Sicks captured the WWE Tag Team Championship from the Street Profits on the July 11th edition of SmackDown. But Dexter Lumis and Joe Gacy are going to need all the help they can get to keep hold of that gold.
Six-Pack TLC Made For WWE SmackDown
On the July 25th edition of SmackDown, The Wyatt Sicks put their gold on the line against Andrade and Rey Fenix. When Andrade looked like he had the match won, Nikki Cross interfered, pulling the referee from the ring. The referee called for the bell, disqualifying the champions and then all hell broke loose.
Erick Rowan got in the ring to assault Andrade, but The Motor City Machine Guns and Fraxiom tried to make the save. Rowan, however, laid waste to both those teams. The Street Profits then appeared and finally managed to get the better of Rowan before hitting huge dives to the outside to take out everyone.
Perhaps #DIY proved to be the smartest team in the division as they came to the ring with SmackDown General Manager Nick Aldis. Aldis revealed that he was putting all six teams in a huge TLC match at SummerSlam. The brawling and chaos continued as SmackDown went off the air.
