Several Big Names Added To AEW All In Casino Gauntlet Match

A former AEW World Champion has taken the first step back to the gold.

AEW All In will play host to another Casino Gauntlet Match with the winner earning a shot at the World Championship. The match can potentially feature up to 21 participants, with the action coming to an end via the first pin-fall or submission.

In recent months, Will Ospreay used victory in the same kind of match as a springboard to go on and win the International Title from Roderic Strong.

On the August 21st episode of Dynamite from Cardiff, Wales, Hangman Adam Page declared himself for the match in a segment with Renee Paquette. During the interview, Page saw his former friend Evil Uno who also confirmed he’ll be in the match. To celebrate, Page attacked Uno with a chair.

Earlier in the night, ROH World Champion Mark Briscoe and Roderick Strong were also added to the match. Orange Cassidy will be the first entrant into the match after winning a recent Three Way match on Dynamite.

Hangman Adam Page Set For AEW Grudge Match?

Looking beyond All In, it’s been reported that Adam Page will square off against Swerve Strickland at All Out.

Page and Strickland have a rivalry stretching back 11 months, and across several brutal battles — not to mention a home invasion. The pair most recently clashed at Blood & Guts with Page forming part of The Elite, while Strickland was on Team AEW.

At All In, Swerve Strickland is due to put his World Championship on the line against Bryan Danielson. Should Strickland win, Danielson has promised to retire.
