Bianca Belair Injured & Out Of Action In WWE

Bianca Belair has had a week to forget as she followed up her WrestleMania loss with a san injury announcement on WWE SmackDown.

Bianca Belair earned her WrestleMania title shot by winning the Elimination Chamber, but her road to that match proved to be more difficult than it needed to be. IYO SKY defeated Rhea Ripley for the Women’s World Championship in March but Ripley was determined to be involved when it came to the grandest stage of them all.

That led to a triple threat match being made for night two of WrestleMania as Belair, Ripley, and SKY all clashed for the gold. In the end, IYO SKY managed to escape that carnage with her championship intact. On Raw after WrestleMania, Rhea Ripley came to the rescue of NXT Women’s Champion Stephanie Vaquer and IYO SKY after Roxanne Perez and Giulia laid them out but Bianca Belair might have to watch the action from the sidelines for a while.

On SmackDown in Fort Worth, Bianca Belair appeared in a backstage interview where she revealed that she had suffered broken fingers in her WrestleMania bout. Belair’s left hand was wrapped with several fingers taped together and a splint on her ring finger. Joe Tessitore on commentary noted that Belair will be on the shelf for some time.
