Bianca Belair Gives New Update On WWE Return

Bianca Belair has hinted that her return to WWE is not too far away.

Belair has not been seen since the August 18th episode of Smackdown, where The EST was written off of TV after being attacked by Damage CTRL. Approaching 2 months away from the ring, fans are eager to know when Belair will be back in action.

Speaking with Rolling Out, Belair was optimistic that she would be back on SmackDown in the near future and also teased an upcoming project:

“Hopefully, I’ll be back on SmackDown sometime soon. In the coming future, we got me and my husband. We have a Hulu show coming out, a reality series, so be on the lookout for that. Just a lot of exciting things for the future.”

Belair has unfinished business with Damage CTRL. As seen at SummerSlam, Bayley and Iyo Sky would quickly spoil the celebrations of The EST. Following Belair winning the Women’s Championship at the Premium Live Event, Sky would storm to the ring to cash in her Money in the Bank contract and snatch the title away from Belair, ending the reign in under 2 minutes.

Is Bianca Belair Injured?

The storyline attack on Belair and the lengthy absence looked to originally indicate that The EST had a legitimate injury. However, Belair would later reveal that she is cleared to compete and the time away is for some “self-care.”

Belair’s husband Montez Ford has been featured prominently on recent episodes of SmackDown thanks to his new alignment with Bobby Lashley. Ford was recently asked if had considered taking part in a storyline with Belair in the future.
