Betrayed WWE Star Sets Sights On NXT Gold

WWE Raw star Otis has accepted Oba Femi’s open challenge.

On Raw in Baltimore, Ivy Nile shockingly betrayed Alpha Academy. Before the match, Nile wanted Maxxine Dupri not to be at ringside, but Dupri wanted to go and support her partners. This proved to be a mistake as Nile attacked Dupri during the match, distracting Alpha Academy long enough for The Creeds to pick up the win. Nile followed up her actions by officially joining American Made, which is led by Chad Gable.

NXT North American Champion Oba Femi was at ringside for the bout and had a staredown with Otis. Femi has an open challenge for his title on the August 13th edition of NXT, and in a WWE digital exclusive after Raw, Otis made his intention to accept it clear.

“Oba, how are you doing? I’m Otis, and that 20 pounds to go on your shoulder sure looks damn good. Cuz one thing that people know out there is I’m one mean. Mmm mm, mother.

“I’m coming for you. Tomorrow night, open challenge for the North American championship. Oh yes, it’s big Otis versus Oba. Oh yeah!”

Ivy Nile Addresses WWE Raw Betrayal

After Raw, Ivy Nile addressed her betrayal of Alpha Academy. While fans might have been hoping for some insight into her actions, the star indicated that she has no intentions of explaining herself.
