A fan-favorite wrestler has decided to expand their online presence following their surprise WWE comeback.

Jacob Fatu made his first appearance in the Stamford-based company since October, when he was written off due to health issues.

On the October 17 episode of SmackDown, he was scheduled to face Drew McIntyre in a singles match, with the winner challenging Cody Rhodes for his Undisputed WWE Championship.

However, before the bout, he was shown backstaged laid out by someone, and lying in a pool of his own blood.

It was soon revealed that he was sidelined due to medical reasons. While replying to a user on X, Cory Hays of Bodyslam.net revealed that The Samoan Werewolf had been going through extensive dental and health-related procedures.

A fan asked if it was cosmetic work, to which Hays confirmed positively, but also stressed that it was not limited to just that, but to his health as well.

After missing months in in-ring action, former United States Champion Jacob Fatu returned to SmackDown on January 9, 2026.

Fatu made his presence felt during the final segment of the 3 Stages of Hell match between Drew McIntyre and Cody Rhodes.

Dressed in a hoodie with his face covered, the 33-year-old arrived by the ringside and attacked referee Charles Robinson.

He launched an attack on The Scottish Warrior, who was trying to sneak his way out of the steel cage. Watching him attack Drew, Rhodes stepped in, but Fatu took him out as well.

Seeing it as an opportunity, McIntyre crawled out of the cage to become the new WWE Champion, having previously won the first fall in the match.

After reappearing on the blue brand, Jacob Fatu took to X to reveal that he had joined Instagram, encouraging his fans to follow him and stay updated on his journey.
