Becky Lynch’s Daughter Brought To Tears By WWE Fans’ Chant

Becky Lynch WWE IC Title

Becky Lynch has claimed that a recent WWE fan chant left her young daughter in tears.

Becky Lynch lost her WWE Women’s Intercontinental Title to Maxxine Dupri after AJ Lee returned to Raw to cost Lynch her gold.

Lynch won the title back at Money In The Bank from Lyra Valkyria, and her young daughter Roux was present to see her capture the gold.

Becky Lynch Chant Leaves Her Daughter Crying

Speaking on Something’s Burning, Becky Lynch explained how her daughter is starting to pay more attention to some aspects of wrestling, but when the crowd started chanting “Becky sucks”, it was all too much for her:

She was very upset. She like went to sit in the front row. First time, she’d been starting to get into wrestling music, less so like the actual wrestling parts (…) She’d watched the women’s ladder match. She loved it. And then I came out. Now I’m the heel and the bad guy, and she was okay with me being mean. She was okay with me getting beat up.

But when the crowd started chanting, ‘Becky sucks,’ she could not take it. She was like, ‘My mama doesn’t suck. Why are they saying mama sucks?’ And then she just burst into tears, and I had to come back. And I was trying to explain to her that I’m doing my job. It means that I’m good at my job. Like I want them to say Becky sucks (…) She still doesn’t get it.
