Becky Lynch Steps Away From WWE After Survivor Series
Becky Lynch has been irate since losing the women’s WarGames match at WWE Survivor Series.
Rhea Ripley’s team, also comprising Charlotte Flair, Alexa Bliss, Iyo Sky, and AJ Lee, won the bout after the latter applied her Black Widow submission on Lynch to make her tap out.
However, she later claimed that she had not tapped out, accusing referee Jessika Carr of partisanship, even calling for her suspension.

In an exclusive backstage interview with Peter Rosenberg, Becky Lynch claimed that she did not tap out, but was signalling to her teammates to come to her aid, which was misconstrued by the referee as a tap.
I did not tap out! No, no, no — I was saying ‘come here, come here!’ What is wrong with you? You get the first interview with me, Rude Rosenberg, and you’re out here saying I tapped out? I clearly didn’t tap out. I was yelling to the rest of my team — who were very incompetent, by the way.
She also pointed out that Lash Legend was medically disqualified, as she could not go on after being accidentally misted in the face by Asuka. The 38-year-old star then revealed that she was in touch with her lawyers, seeking a legal discourse.
Becky Lynch further stated that she was not returning to WWE until the match result was reversed in her team’s favor.
Let’s make something very clear: Lash Legend was medically disqualified. She couldn’t go on. That should have automatically thrown the match out. That should have been it — match over. She was medically unclear, and that was a loaded trash can.
I’m going to get the footage. This is why I’m talking to lawyers and not petty, poor investigative reporters. I will get the footage, and you’ll see, clear as day, that I did not tap. I was yelling for the rest of the team to come over, and then the bell rang. And then we were all out of there. I’m not coming back until they reverse the decision of this match.
