Becky Lynch Praises AEW Star After Filming Movie Together

Becky Lynch has high praise AEW star MJF.

‘The Man’ is back in WWE after a near 11-month absence and is once again a focal point of weekly television having turned heel by shockingly attacking WrestleMania partner Lyra Valkyria after the pair had dropped the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship back to previous holders Raquel Rodriguez and Liv Morgan on the 21st April edition of Raw.

The former WWE Women’s Champion is renowned for her command of the microphone, a trait she shares with AEW star MJF. Despite working for rival organisations, the duo recently spent time together on the set of upcoming motion picture release ‘Happy Gilmore 2’.

Lynch discussed filming with the AEW star during a recent interview with Variety, revealing that the pair had enjoyed many chats during the production of the film whilst noting that the villainous star agreed with her stance on Valkyria:

“I did. You know, a very nice boy. Great chats. Of course, he knows he’d lose at [a promo battle], but we had great chats.

Unfortunately, it was way before this happened, but I feel like he would completely agree with everything that I’m saying about Lyra.”

Becky Lynch Return Delay Explained

Becky Lynch returned to the squared circle as a surprise partner for Lyra Valkyria at WrestleMania.

Despite the success of the return, Lynch’s comeback had actually been planned some time before it ultimately took place.

The Dublin-born Superstar recently revealed that a skin condition delayed her original return plans.
