Bayley To Make WWE WrestleMania Choice

Bayley is on her way to WrestleMania 40 and fans won’t have to wait much longer to find out who she’ll be facing on that show.

Bayley won the women’s Royal Rumble ensuring that she will have a singles title match at WrestleMania for the first time ever. In the process, the Damage CTRL leader also broke the record for the longest time spent in a women’s Rumble match at 63 minutes and 3 seconds.

Prior to the Rumble, The Role Model had made clear that if she won she’d be challenging Rhea Ripley for the Women’s World Championship as her Damage CTRL partner IYO SKY holds the WWE Women’s Title.

Bayley To Announce WrestleMania Decision On SmackDown

On Raw in Tampa, Bayley and Damage CTRL came to the ring and were soon confronted by Ripley. However, Nia Jax shocked everyone as she attacked Ripley, hitting the champion with the Annihilator. Jax then told Bayley that she could pick SKY as her WrestleMania opponent or anyone else because Ripley wouldn’t be making it to WrestleMania.

Bayley then told the irate Jax that she’d announce her decision on the 2nd of February edition of SmackDown. Whether or not she goes through with her threat to pick Ripley or decides to end the uncertainty in Damage CTRL once and for all by challenging IYO SKY remains to be seen.

It is expected that Rhea Ripley will be in action at the Elimination Chamber in her native Australia in February where she is likely to take on Nia Jax.
