Bayley’s Surprise Reaction To “Damage CTRL 4Ever” Fan Sign

Bayley had a strong reaction to a “Damage CTRL” sign at a WWE live event.

Damage CTRL was a women’s stable led by Bayley when she returned to WWE television at SummerSlam 2022, after missing about a year due to a knee injury. Iyo Sky and Dakota Kai joined the former Women’s Champion as a heel trio.

In the months that followed, Bayley and Damage CTRL had a long rivalry with Bianca Belair.

Over the next year, the group added Asuka and Kairi Sane, becoming a powerful entity that won numerous matches together. While Bayley never won a singles title while in the group, Sky was a WWE Women’s Champion, and they had three different reigns as Women’s Tag Team Champions as well.

By the time the Royal Rumble 2024 arrived, the group was experiencing issues, and then Bayley won the Women’s Royal Rumble for the first time, earning a Women’s Title match at WrestleMania. The group turned on Bayley after her Rumble win, which meant she was a babyface while the others were heels.

At WrestleMania 40, Bayley beat her former ally Iyo Sky to win the WWE Women’s Championship, and the group slowly dissolved after that.

Bayley Decided Against Ripping Up A Fan’s Sign

During a WWE live event in Melbourne, Australia, Bayley was in the ring getting ready for a match when she saw a “Damage CTRL 4-Ever” sign that a fan was holding. Reacting to the sign, Bayley ripped part of it, but then she gave it back to the fan.

That kind of reaction from the former Women’s Champion is typical for how she has been acting lately, since Bayley has had moments of anger recently, but she’s also been in a jovial mood while trying to figure out what’s best for her.

This past Monday on WWE Raw in Melbourne, Bayley and Lyra Valkyria beat Raquel Rodriguez and Roxanne Perez in a tag team match, and, for now, the victors remain on the same page.
