Bayley Allegedly Set For New Role In WWE

Bayley has many talents apart from being a good wrestler

Bayley (Real name: Pamela Rose Martinez) is known for being a locker-room leader. She’s known to be a very respected wrestler and never stops short of helping out her colleagues.

She is also creative with the characters she portrays and is always entertaining on screen. Her most recent stint in WWE has seen her as this bipolar character who suddenly switches gears and is calm one moment and completely crazy the next.

This was evidenced in a recent episode of RAW during her match against Roxanne Perez. Her friend and tag team partner, Lyra Valkyria, was at ringside, and at one point towards the end, slapped The Grand Slam Champion hard to unlock a new level of adrenaline-fueled madness in her so that she could pick up the victory.

Bayley Could Assume A New Role In WWE

Former wrestler Konnan, a member of the creative team in WWE’s sister promotion Lucha Libre AAA Worldwide, was heard speaking on a podcast, in which he and his team predict that The Role Model could very well take up a role in creative in WWE in the future.

In the podcast clip, the host reads an email where a fan voices disappointment over Bayley’s recent arc and booking, claiming that she doesn’t get enough of the spotlight like some of her peers, like Becky Lynch, and asks if she can approach WWE Creative to improve it. Konnan and the panelists disagree, saying that Bayley would’ve left the promotion had she been unhappy with the creative team and also that she has enough tenure and respect backstage to demand things from them.

The host went as far as to say that Bayley will become head of creative in WWE.
