Bayley Calls Out Michael Cole Over Huge WWE SmackDown Botch

Bayley has taken a shot at her old rival, Michael Cole, on social media.

The 4-time WWE Women’s Champion and future Hall of Famer Bayley has been known to have a friendly rivalry with legendary WWE announcer Michael Cole.

During Bayley’s heel days in the early 2020s, she really liked to needle Cole and tease the idea of fighting him. Since she’s been a babyface for the last couple of years, the rivalry has sizzled a bit, but the tension is still there.

In her current role, Bayley seems to have split personalities where she’s that mean heel character sometimes and then at other times, she is a babyface again.

On the WWE SmackDown broadcast in Tempe, WWE Women’s Champion Tiffany Stratton was wrestling Kiana James in a match. During the match, Cole accidentally said “Nia James” since Nia Jax was on his mind. Corey Graves quickly corrected Cole and let him know his mistake, but of course, Bayley mentioned it on social media.

Bayley Issues Tag Team Challenge

In addition to her attack on Michael Cole, Bayley also issued a challenge on social media by posting a video. She challenged the Women’s Tag Team Champions Charlotte Flair & Alexa Bliss to a match against Lyra Valkyria and herself.

Hello, and a ding dong. You know, I am finally back home after a trip around the world, and on those long flights, I was thinking about what a great friend I have become to Lyra Valkyria. And vice versa. She has also become a great friend. Works both ways. We are an even better tag team. And I am the first-ever women’s tag team champion, so I know a thing or two about tag teams. So, that brings me to you, Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss. Whoooo! Women’s Tag Team Champions.

I mean, you guys have a little bit of a rocky friendship. I won’t bring that up or anything because you are the Women’s Tag Team Champions and respect to you, respect to you. But I think that you guys need a real challenge. I think you guys need to push yourselves to the limit and test your friendship. I mean, tag team against two of the best. Against me and my best tag team partner, Lyra Valkyria. What do you say, huh? Monday Night RAW? Right, sounds great. I will see you idiots there!

A response hasn’t been given, but since Bayley and Lyra have been a victorious team, the match does seem likely at some point soon.
