Bayley Pens Heartfelt Message To Her Life Partner On Birthday
Bayley has paid tribute to one of the most important people from her WWE career.
It has been about a decade since Bayley became a regular on the WWE main roster. Since then, she’s been a 4-time WWE Women’s Champion and is on her way to the WWE Hall of Fame someday.
During her WWE career, starting in NXT, Bayley formed a close friendship with former WWE superstar Carmella. The duo liked to call themselves “Baymella” and they often shared their adventures on social media.
Even though WWE released Carmella in February 2025, she has stayed busy since having a second son with her WWE husband, Corey Graves. Corey has three kids from his first marriage, so the pair has a fun life with five kids.
In a social media post, Bayley shared a touching message for her bestie, Leah Van Dale (Carmella in WWE), along with many photos of their past together.
BIG HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MY LIFE PARTNER/MY WIFE
No words can describe how grateful I am to have you in my life every single day.
Best person ever…til death do us part! #BayMella

Responding to it, Leah (Carmella) wrote: “I love youuuuuuuuuuuu. Idk what I’d do without you!!!!!” Leah/Carmella turned 38 on October 23rd.

Bayley Has A Complicated Relationship With Other Female WWE Superstars
As Bayley became known in WWE, she was part of this Four Horsewomen group with Charlotte Flair, Becky Lynch, and Sasha Banks, who is now in AEW as Mercedes Mone. While speaking about Flair and Lynch in the past, Bayley admitted she was never that close to Charlotte or Becky, but it’s well known that Mone is one of her best friends.
“I feel it’s a little complicated, it’s a very, like, sisterly, family type situation when it comes to the four of us. If I’m being quite honest, I’ve never really been close to Becky. I’ve never rode to shows together with her, I’ve never been close to Charlotte.
We never had that relationship of like, ‘Oh let’s go out to dinner after the show.’ It was different, so I can understand where this is coming from, from Becky, because it was never really there. I thought there was some type of unity there though.
I thought there was some type of like – with the history and everything we had gone through, all the training and all the matches that we’ve had together, and everything that we’ve fought for and stood for in such an important time for women’s wrestling in the WWE.
To come up and do this together, to bring change in the women’s division, I thought that was a bond strong enough, but apparently not after all these years, she still has some sort of insecurity and something against me that she’s still hanging on to, and that she still has to lash out on.”
Regarding her current WWE role, Bayley has a unique friendship with Lyra Valkyria, who is overwhelmed by how erratic Bayley can be as a character.
