Austin Theory Breaks Silence After Seemingly Joining The Vision On WWE RAW
After revealing himself as the masked attacker on WWE RAW last week, Austin Theory had a point to prove.
The December 22 episode opened with him explaining his intentions to Paul Heyman. Later, it was announced that it would be Theory and Bronson Reed going up against CM Punk and Rey Mysterio in the main event.
Another segment mid-show featured Theory and Reed. When Theory asked him what the plan was, The Auszilla told him to follow his lead. The tip seemed to have irked the 28-year-old, as he repiled that would open the match and Reed can follow his lead.
As promised, Austin Theory started the match for his team and controlled Mysterio. He also put up a strong performance against Punk, with neither of them backing down.
Reed occasionally made his presence felt, putting a stop to any signs of advantage the babyfaces momentarily carried.
In the closing minutes, Punk took out Reed by clotheslining him over the barricade, leaving Theory and Mysterio in the ring.
The WWE Hall of Famer attempted an aerial assault, but Theory countered it and knocked him down. He subsequently hit Rey with the Stomp, as he had been doing all this time as the masked attacker.
He successfully pinned Mysterio for the victory.
Austin Theory Breaks Silence After WWE RAW Win
Austin Theory may have found himself a home with The Vision, although an official announcement has yet to be made.
Regardless, for Theory, the evening was not about becoming the faction’s newest member. It was about proving himself as a threat, something which he accomplished.
In a latest post on X, Theory reiterated his message that he was the leading man in his story, posting a picture of his stomp on the 51-year-old luchador legend.
