Another WWE Star Taking A Break

WWE Superstar Chelsea Green looks set to take a break away from the squared circle.

The entertaining Canadian has featured prominently on WWE television in recent months and became the inaugural WWE Women’s United States Champion after defeating Michin on the 14th December edition of Saturday Night’s Main Event.

Green reigned for 131 days before losing the title to Zelina Vega on the 25th April edition of SmackDown, causing fans to speculate as to WWE’s creative plans for the oustpoken star.

That rumour looks to have been answered, with Green taking to social media site X to bid fans farewell for the time being:

“Goodbye for now @WWE

This is my farewell address”

Should Chelsea Green opt to take time away from the ring, she would become the second Superstar in recent weeks to press pause on their WWE career after former World Heavyweight Champion Gunther was granted time off by the company.
