Another Top Star Commits Future To WWE

Triple H WWE Raw press conference

One of WWE’s most beloved stars isn’t going anywhere.

The last two years have arguably been the most successful of Sami Zayn’s career. The star has continued to be a permanent fixture on Raw after playing a key role in The Bloodline saga and later dethroning Gunther as he won the Intercontinental Championship.

During this period, many of WWE’s biggest names have committed their futures to the company, and it seems Zayn has added his name to that list.

In a new update from Sean Ross Sapp, the reporter revealed he’d asked Zayn about his contract status during a new interview. In response, the former Intercontinental Champion said that while he tries to keep those details private he doesn’t see himself leaving the company.

Zayn noted that he’s got a good thing going with WWE and has no desire to leave.

Sapp added that Zayn signed a multi-year contract with the sports entertainment giant in 2022.

Kevin Owens Also Staying With WWE

The comments from Zayn come after it was confirmed that Kevin Owens has signed a new WWE contract. Owens revealed that he’d signed the new deal as only he could, telling fans that if they brought cookies to support his daughter’s Girl Scout troop he’d keep wrestling for “at least 4 years, 11 months and 22 days more.”

The former World Champion had previously claimed that his previous contract expired in early 2025, and there was no guarantee that he’d stay put.

Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens are set to clash at Elimination Chamber in an Unsanctioned Match and their storied and violent rivalry continues.
